I just put in info for a GL quote and was going to tranport info to WC, however, I guess I submitted it to Great Southern Insurance, so now I don't know how to get it back. Please help

I will need some more information to get you the right answer, but it sounds like you "distributed" a request and sent it to the wrong recipient. If it was just workflowed from the Workflow tab then you could ask that person (or group) to workflow it back.
If you will send me an email at support@surehub.com with the ID of the request and/or the Contact Name listed on the request I'll check into it and see what the options are.

SureHub is still not working for me. When I go to see my quote there is nothing there. Also, now when I look at my "Sent" list it says "completed, sold" on quotes I haven't even seen yet. So Angie at MJ Kelly and I have gone back to faxing and emailing directly as we can't depend on SureHub.

First let me say I am sorry for the confusion. When a quote shows a “Complete” status in your “Sent items” folder, this is an indication that one or more of your “Contacts” has responded to your request. You can review responses from a completed request on the “Waiting for replies” page. Once you have distributed your request, the “Waiting for replies” page acts as a centralized location where you can easily retrieve your responses as they are completed by your contacts. For future reference, it is best not to proceed past this page until you receive all the responses you need. If you happen to move past the “Waiting for Replies” page prior to the time when your request has been completed, you will need to return to this page in order to view the responses.
A quote status of “Completed – Sold” indicates that you are currently at the end of the sales process, on the “Final results” page and have chosen a result of “Sold” for this particular sale. In this case, it sounds like you have arrived at the “Final results” page prior to the time when you received responses back from one or more of your contacts. Therefore, you will need to use the “Back” button or “Jump to...” the “Waiting for Replies” page in order to retrieve your responses.
